Privacy should be legible, not hidden.

MoonTCG may process your email address for authentication, profile details you choose to add, collection and grade records you save, and posts, likes, comments, or images you publish to the community feed.

Portfolio, wishlist, theme, display, Arcade, and grade preferences may be stored locally through AsyncStorage on native devices or localStorage on web. Clearing app data or browser storage may remove local-only records.

When you sign in, trusted cloud services provide authentication and may store profile, portfolio, grade, and feed records. Access controls are used to restrict private account records. Public feed posts and attached images are visible to other signed-in users.

Public launch pages may store an anonymous browser identifier, page path, referrer host, campaign tags, and interaction events so MoonTCG can understand which collector communities find the product useful. If you submit a collector note, MoonTCG stores the note and any email address you voluntarily include so it can reply. MoonTCG does not use advertising pixels or sell this information.

Smart Finder and grading tools use the device camera. Card OCR and measurement are designed to run on device. Camera captures are not sent to a generative AI model. Grade photos are saved locally unless a feature clearly asks you to upload or share an image.

MoonTCG may send card identifiers or search terms—not your private portfolio—to specialist catalog and market services when needed to return card information. See the Data Sources page for the coverage available in each game.

For a marketplace purchase, Stripe collects payment details, buyer email, phone number, and the shipping address for a destination the seller has enabled. MoonTCG stores the buyer email and delivery information needed to fulfil, support, refund, dispute, and retain the order as required by law. Payment card details remain with Stripe. Private order links use hashed, expiring tokens; public order responses never include the stored address or email.

Stripe collects bank-account and any legally required identity information for seller payouts. MoonTCG receives payout capability and requirement status but does not receive or retain identity-document images. MoonTCG may separately collect information needed to review an Australian store or a MoonTCG Verified application. Stripe payout setup does not mean MoonTCG endorses a seller.

Actual-card listing photos and public listing comments are visible while a listing is live and may be retained for moderation, transaction, and case records. MoonTCG stores shipment tracking, case submissions, notification status, and security/audit events. Transactional emails use idempotent event records so provider retries do not intentionally send duplicate notices.

Local data remains until you clear it or remove the app. You can permanently delete your MoonTCG account from Settings → Account → Delete account; this removes the account, profile, portfolio, grades, posts, and uploaded account data. Marketplace transaction records may be retained in anonymised form where needed for refunds, disputes, accounting, security, or legal obligations.

Service infrastructure may process data outside Australia. MoonTCG is not directed to children under 13, and users must meet the minimum age required to consent to data processing in their location.
