Eligibility and account type
You must be legally able to sell in Australia and choose either Individual collector or Australian store. Both use manual listing at launch. Stores must accurately represent their business status and complete any requested review before displaying a reviewed-business badge.
Payout setup
Stripe handles bank details and any identity information required for payouts. You must keep Stripe information current and resolve due requirements. “Payouts set up” is a neutral capability status. It is not MoonTCG endorsement, and it does not grant a MoonTCG Verified badge.
Listings and evidence
Launch listings are Pokémon raw singles and PSA, BGS, or CGC slabs. You must use the exact printing, upload actual front and back photos (or slab front and back), and disclose material wear, damage, alterations, authenticity concerns, and certification details. Catalog artwork is identity context only. Offers, stock photos as the sole evidence, counterfeit items, misleading grades, and items you do not control are prohibited.
Condition and slab rules
Raw cards require NM, LP, MP, HP, or DMG with honest notes. Graded cards require grader, grade, certification number, and readable slab photos. MoonTCG may pause or reject a listing whose photos or data are incomplete or inconsistent.
Fees and limits
MoonTCG deducts 2% of the item price plus actual payment processing. The launch limits are 10 active listings, A$500 per listing, A$1,500 active inventory, and A$2,000 rolling sales unless MoonTCG changes your account limit. Additional Connect account and payout costs are borne by MoonTCG unless these terms are updated before a transaction.
Shipping and payout timing
Show the item’s real dispatch location, enable only destinations you accept, set tracked postage for each enabled region, and package the card appropriately. Cross-border sellers remain responsible for accurate customs declarations and buyers may owe import duties or taxes not collected by MoonTCG. Earnings remain held until tracked delivery and a 48-hour inspection period pass with no open case. MoonTCG may delay, reverse, or withhold a transfer where a refund, dispute, carrier exception, suspected fraud, counterfeit concern, legal requirement, or negative-balance risk exists. This is delayed earnings release, not escrow.
Cases, returns, and cooperation
Respond promptly and provide listing photos, postage evidence, tracking, communications, and other reasonably requested information. Australian Consumer Law and other non-excludable rights continue to apply. MoonTCG may resolve a case, require a return, refund a buyer, reverse a seller transfer, restrict an account, or preserve records where necessary.
Store and business representations
Stores warrant that public business claims, location, returns position, and support details are accurate and that their conduct complies with consumer, tax, licensing, and recordkeeping obligations. A reviewed-business badge indicates a limited MoonTCG review, not continuing certification or a guarantee.
Acceptance and changes
Publishing a listing records the agreement and fee-policy versions accepted. MoonTCG may update terms prospectively and require renewed acceptance. Contact kevin@moontcg.com with seller questions.
