MoonTCG provides collection tracking, catalog search, market context, card measurement, analytics, Studio exports, and community features. Features and data coverage may change as providers, costs, and product capabilities evolve.

You are responsible for access to your email account and for activity under your MoonTCG account. Do not misuse the service, scrape it in a way that harms availability, bypass security, upload unlawful content, impersonate others, or interfere with other collectors.

Prices, history, fair-value ranges, trends, and reports are informational and may be delayed, incomplete, or wrong. They are not financial, investment, tax, or buying advice. MoonTCG measurements and suggested subgrades are not professional grading opinions, guarantees, or promises of a grading-company result.

Launch checkout is Buy Now for one listing from one seller. Buyers may check out as guests. The listing price is executable; market estimates and history are informational only. Stripe processes payment and may offer card, Link, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or other methods when eligible. Buyers must choose a destination explicitly enabled by the seller, provide a deliverable address in that country, and keep their private order link secure. Import duties, taxes, and carrier charges not collected at checkout may remain the buyer’s responsibility where permitted by law.

Tracked shipping is required. Seller earnings are released after carrier-confirmed delivery and a 48-hour inspection period if no case is open. This delayed release is not an escrow service. A carrier scan is evidence, not an absolute guarantee; MoonTCG may pause release while investigating an exception, return, dispute, suspected fraud, or counterfeit report.

Buyers must inspect promptly and report a wrong card, material condition mismatch, transit damage, non-delivery, or suspected counterfeit through the order case process with clear evidence. Change-of-mind returns are not automatically required unless the seller offers them or Australian Consumer Law applies. Counterfeit cards and knowingly false certification details are prohibited and may result in refund, removal, account restriction, evidence preservation, and referral to relevant parties.

Sellers pay a 2% MoonTCG marketplace fee plus actual payment processing from the amount collected. Postage, estimated processing, and estimated seller earnings are shown before publication; signed payment records determine the final processing amount. Refunds, card disputes, transfer reversals, currency or bank fees, and legally required remedies may affect settlement. MoonTCG may request evidence from both parties before deciding a marketplace case.

Sellers must comply with the Seller Agreement, accurately identify the printing and condition or slab details, own or be authorised to sell the copy, use actual front and back photos, ship with valid tracking, and comply with Australian law. A reviewed-business badge confirms only the documented business review performed by MoonTCG; it is not a guarantee of every listing.

You retain ownership of content you create. By publishing content to the feed or a listing conversation, you grant MoonTCG a non-exclusive licence to host, display, moderate, and technically reproduce it for operating the service. Listing questions are public; do not post addresses, phone numbers, payment details, or attempts to move a transaction off-platform. You must have the right to publish anything you upload.

Card names, artwork, game marks, marketplace data, and linked services belong to their respective owners. MoonTCG’s software, original branding, mascot, layouts, and original written content remain protected by applicable intellectual-property law.

The service is provided on an as-available basis. MoonTCG may suspend abusive accounts or discontinue features. To the maximum extent permitted by law, MoonTCG is not liable for trading losses, grading outcomes, lost local data, provider errors, or indirect loss arising from use of the service. Rights that cannot lawfully be excluded remain unaffected.

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Courts with jurisdiction in Queensland may hear disputes, subject to any mandatory consumer rights that apply where you live.
